How will you keep me updated about my pet?
Each pet service comes with photos of your pets sent to you by your preferred method of contact. A direct line of communication will be established to notify each other if there are any circumstances or important information regarding the health and wellbeing of your pet.
What equipment do I need to have ready for my pet’s adventure?
Please provide appropriate equipment for your pet as required (food, poo bags, harness, leash, muzzle, coat, etc.).
Where will you walk my dog?
Ash tailors the walk to the dog. This looks vastly different for each dog - some prefer quiet side streets and don’t want to talk to any other dogs, others want to run off leash at the dog park and play ball with friends. What you and your dog prefer will be discussed during the meet and greet.
How much notice is required for booking or cancelling?
Ash is more than happy to accept last minute bookings if there is availability. Services must be paid in advance. Please contact Ash directly to discuss if a last minute booking is possible.
If you wish to cancel a service, please provide as much notice as possible. Ash will also do the same. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, Ash reserves the right to retain 50% of the service fee. If Ash needs to cancel, a refund will be given and you will need to make alternative arrangements.
What do you do in the event of an emergency?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, Ash will provide appropriate first aid care and will notify you by phone immediately. If you cannot be reached, Ash will attempt to call your emergency contact and take necessary action including contacting a vet. Ash holds appropriate insurance (Public Liability) and has undergone a recent police check.
You are responsible for any injury or injury caused to your pet, which is not the sole fault of Ash, including any damage your pet might cause to other people or property.
